If you’re looking for personalized coaching that actually fits you, you’re in the right place! I offer 45 minute, 1 to 1 and small group in-person coaching sessions at Powerhouse Gym, Portarlington, designed around your goals, your lifestyle, and your body.

My coaching is built around functional fitness- movements that help you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life & sport.


Each session blends:

  • Lower body strength
  • Upper body strength
  • Core training for trunk stability and injury prevention
  • Optional cardio to support heart health and overall fitness
